		<description>You are right, there is nothing as refreshing and soothing as a pudina chai. Mint is very good for the stomach. In fact in Maharashtra (India), pudina tea is made everyday. If drinking for the first time, it takes a while getting used to the flavor.</description>

		<description>Indira, I have a doubt here.The link for gunpowder tea in this post says that we should have drink gunpowder tea mixed with milk. But your recipe includes milk. Is there any limit to milk addition to this particular flavour of tea?
PS: I have read that some tea preparation if not done correctly could lead to stomach upsets!

&lt;i&gt;Hi Lavs, I added only few drops of milk. For a cup of tea, I think it is about a tablespoon. You could take it without milk like how it was written in that website. I don&#039;t think there will be any side effects for adding the milk.
