		<description>I have lost about 20 lbs in the past 6 months. But have hit a plateaus or shall I say just been lazy. I have not gained back significantly, but I have not reached my new goal either. This challenge is inspiring me to take on from where I left off.So see you in 2 weeks.</description>

		<description>Good luck on ur vratham! There was a time (about 2 yrs) back when I diligently kept vratham on Friday&#039;s, ate fruits and upma (uppitu) only...now with hectic job and too many things going on, its simply not feasible - Hope u do a good job on it :)</description>

		<description>Legumes, lentils, greens and veggies sounds good. But why are whole healthy grains like quinoa, whole wheat and brown rice not allowed? A balanced diet which involves complex carbs helps regulate your blood sugar well. Anyway, do keep us posted on how it goes.</description>
