		<description>we have apples, we have cherries (got them in bulk at a local shop where they sell in bulk to restaurant people),
i always happen to have home made yogurt....thanks for the idea,kind of got bored eating just the fruit, esp. cherries....apples i love them with a dip in smooth peanut butter.....so i am going to make your salad today....looks soo wonderful.</description>

		<description>Indira, You did GREAT! I sent you an email. I would avoid ragi(grain) and cherries (has more sugar) just for these two weeks. Stock on different kind of nuts too. They make a great snack. :)</description>
