How are you? Loved your party menus a lot, and I am inviting friends on this christmas day, same menu I will prepare and serve. Couldn’t resist myself after seeing the menu.
One small request, could you please tell me the menu for sankranthi get together lunch menu also. Please, atleast one week before the festival day.

Hi, Can you post the receipes for the Chocolate Pecan Pie and Carrot pecan cake ..I’d love to try those out..

Hi Sarvani,
Carrot pecan cake is my carrot cake recipe, instead of walnuts, I added pecans.
For Chocolate pecan pie, bake the basic pie crust to golden. Melt chocolate chips or bar, add pecans and pour this filling into baked pie. Top it off with few more pecans and refrigerate the pie until the filling is firm.
You can find the carrot cake and pie crust recipes in “Recipe Archive” section.
If you try these recipes, let me know how you like them.
