I have been visiting your blog from the time it was Nandyala … and I love your simplistic yet exotic style of cooking. There is a satvik approach to your style of cooking, which I am sure is a reflection of your thoughts and life.
Today when I saw your dedication to Pandit Ravi Shankar I was prompted to write because this is one of my favorite bhajans that I listen on most morning while driving to work.
Keep blogging…it’s “food” for my epicurious thoughts!
