Fresh Paneer and Saffron
Saffron Paneer
(serves 4 to 6)
Fresh, homemade paneer &#8211; half cup
Saffron &#8211; half teaspoon
Honey &#8211; one tablespoon
Soak saffron in two tablespoons of water for about 15 minutes.
Take paneer in a blender. Add the saffron along with the water it soaked in and also the honey. Blend well to smooth paste.
