    Hi Indira,

Your website rocks! I’m looking to buy a chef pan (aka kadai) (preferably 4 qt) for typical Indian cooking. Looking thro’ the different metal options nonstick, anodized, stainless steel – and have landed on a heavy bottomed SS. SS won my points for durability and dishwasher options. Any suggestions on a particular brand. Will greatly appreciate your inputs in my search. This time, I’m all for indulgence ๐Ÿ™‚

    Thank you!

    Hi Narmatha,
Good pick there with Stainless steel. Look for 18/10 stainless steel pans. I have tramontina brand pan. Cooks nice. My guess is almost all high end brand pans cook decent with great durability.
